These Terms are legally binding. It is your responsibility to review them carefully before purchasing, accessing, or using any LoveLove products or services.

Scope of Services

LoveLove provides semi-custom wedding stationery and related printed goods. “Semi-custom” means designs are based on existing LoveLove templates with limited personalization options. Services may include design, proofing, printing, assembly, and shipping, as specified per order.

Design Specifications

All semi-custom designs are created in the distinctive style of LoveLove LLC. Design structures, layouts, and formats cannot be altered. Text, color selections, and approved personalization elements may be customized within the parameters of the selected design.

Orders & Acceptance

Orders are not considered accepted until payment is received in full. A minimum order quantity of 50 pieces applies to all printed stationery items unless otherwise specified (excluding signage or specialty items). LoveLove reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion.

Digital Proofs & Revisions

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all digital proofs, including text, spelling, grammar, dates, sizes, layout, and color selections.

• One (1) round of revisions are included.
• Additional revisions are billed at $40 per proof.
• Once final proof approval is submitted, no further changes can be made.
• Approval of the final proof constitutes acceptance of all details, and the order will proceed to production.

Color Representation

Colors displayed on screens may differ from printed results due to monitor calibration and printing variables. LoveLove cannot guarantee exact color matching between digital proofs and printed products. Clients concerned about color accuracy are encouraged to purchase samples prior to ordering.

Print & Material Variations

Printing methods such as letterpress, foil press, and embossing inherently produce variations in impression depth, alignment, ink coverage, and texture. These variations are a natural result of artisanal printing processes and are not considered defects.

Payment

All purchases must be completed through the LoveLove website. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or rush fees unless explicitly stated. Payment in full is required before production begins.

Production Errors

Clients are solely responsible for verifying accuracy prior to final proof approval.

• LoveLove is not responsible for errors approved in final proofs.
• If a printing error occurs due to LoveLove’s mistake and differs from the approved proof, LoveLove will reprint the affected items at its expense.
• Errors resulting from client-provided information or approved proofs require reprinting at the client’s expense, including shipping.

Production Timeline

Within 5 business days of receiving your wedding suite details, you'll receive a custom digital proof by email. This proof reflects your wording, layout, color palette, and any embellishments. One round of revisions is included to refine all the details. Production begins after final proof approval. Standard production timelines range from 4-5 weeks. Timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

LoveLove is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including shipping carriers or suppliers. Rush production may be available for an additional, non-refundable fee. Rush timelines are not guaranteed once production begins.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are billed separately and calculated based on weight and destination. LoveLove ships within the United States only. Clients may choose shipment to a single address or direct shipment to individual recipients; additional fees may apply.

Risk of loss transfers to the client once the order is handed to the carrier. LoveLove is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal or delivery services selected by the client.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of LoveLove products:

• All sales are final.
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered.
• Orders may only be canceled prior to production; design, setup, and rush fees are non-refundable.
• Clients must report printing errors within 7 days of delivery.

If an error is confirmed to be LoveLove’s fault, LoveLove will either reprint the affected items or refund the value of the error at its discretion.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All designs, artwork, text, layouts, graphics, and materials on the LoveLove website are the exclusive intellectual property of LoveLove LLC and are protected under U.S. copyright law.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license for personal use only. Reproduction, resale, modification, or derivative use without written permission is prohibited.

LoveLove reserves the right to photograph and display completed work for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless the client submits a written opt-out request prior to production.

Limitation of Liability

LoveLove’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order. LoveLove shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoveLove LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from client-provided content, misuse of products, or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to Terms

LoveLove reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms apply to orders placed after the effective date.

Acceptance of Terms

Use of the LoveLove website or placement of an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
